Position Summary
The Recruiter \& Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting HR operations, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline, improving HR processes, and fostering a highperforming, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage fullcycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, events).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Create and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.
- Track recruitment metrics (timetofill, qualityofhire, pipeline health).
HR Operations \& Employee Support
- Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and system setup.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data on paper and Paychex Flex.
- Support benefits administration, time-off tracking, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in employee relations activities and support conflictresolution processes.
- Help support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent operations.
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
