THE ROLE

We're looking for a full-time, on-site

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Specialist

in Vilnius to help accelerate Guideless' organic growth.

This role is not for a generalist marketer. We're looking for someone with proven experience growing organic traffic for B2B SaaS companies who understands how search is evolving across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-powered discovery platforms.

You should know how to develop and execute an organic growth strategy, identify high-impact content opportunities, optimise websites for both traditional search and AI search, and continuously improve performance based on data.

We care far more about your ability to drive measurable organic growth than your title, education, or years of experience.

As one of our early team members, you'll have a direct influence on our organic growth strategy, content roadmap, search visibility, and customer acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contribute to and execute Guideless' SEO and GEO strategy
• Identify high-impact content opportunities across the customer journey
• Coordinate content production together with our copywriter, founders, freelancers, and external SEO agency
• Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, site structure, and technical SEO together with Engineering
• Continuously optimise existing content based on rankings, traffic, conversions, and product updates
• Monitor search performance across Google and AI search platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve Guideless' visibility in AI-generated search results
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content optimisation
• Stay up to date with changes in search algorithms, AI search, and organic growth best practices

WHO YOU ARE

• You have proven experience growing organic traffic for a B2B SaaS company (required)
• You have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, search intent, internal linking, and content optimisation
• You understand how AI search is changing organic discovery and are excited to experiment with GEO strategies
• You're highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data
• You're organised and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• You're proactive, curious, and enjoy finding growth opportunities independently
• You're excited by early-stage startups and want to help build a category-defining company
