We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive

Cloud Engineer

to lead the technical execution of client delivery projects. This role is essential in deploying secure, scalable infrastructure solutions on GCP—from initial project kickoff through hands-on implementation—while collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and technical delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering cloud-native solutions within the Google Cloud ecosystem, understands the technical architecture of GCP, and thrives in fast-paced, partner-led professional services environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure modernization, workload migration, and Kubernetes-based deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Execute hands-on implementation of client environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot architecture, resolve deployment issues, and optimize for performance, scalability, and security
• Partner with project managers, pre-sales engineers, and customer teams to validate and implement technical solutions
• Support professional services engagements by contributing to technical design documents, runbooks, and diagrams
• Act as a subject matter expert across GCP core services (Compute, IAM, GKE, Networking, Cloud Storage, etc.)
• Participate in architecture planning reviews, retrospectives, and ongoing technical enablement within the engineering team
• Maintain project velocity by balancing hands-on work with clear communication, documentation, and issue tracking

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• 4\+ years of hands-on experience delivering projects in cloud infrastructure environments (preferably GCP)
• Deep experience with Kubernetes (GKE) deployments and orchestration patterns
• Strong command of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
• Working knowledge of networking, identity, and security models in cloud environments
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration, command-line tools, and scripting (Bash, Python preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and cloud-native deployment strategies
• Ability to troubleshoot cloud workloads and performance bottlenecks across compute, networking, and storage layers
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced delivery teams
• Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize across multiple client projects
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.

Preferred:

• Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or similar).
• Familiarity with BigQuery, AlloyDB, or Postgres-based workloads.
• Experience with Velero, KMF, or other migration toolchains.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar.
• Background in multi-cloud environments (AWS, VMware, etc.) or security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, HITRUST).
