Job Description
Salesforce Developer Consultant - Summit SI Partner, AgentForce Partner
PRIOR TO APPLYING, READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION.
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer/ Consultant to help build robust, maintainable solutions across a variety of projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for developers who are comfortable owning technical execution while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery team.
While you’ll partner with clients and project teams, this role emphasizes advanced configuration and development—not architectural design. If you love building complex flows, API integrations, middleware, data migrations, and improving Salesforce environments, this could be a strong fit.
Do Not Apply If:
- You do not have a minimum of 4 years of System Integration experience with a Salesforce partner.
- You are neither a US Citizens nor a green card holder
- You don't reside in one of these states - AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NE, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA
- You want to go heads down solo on a single mission. That's not this and you won't succeed. Context switching, multiple projects and varied solutions is where you'll live.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), advanced Flows, and declarative automation
- Work with project managers and clients to translate requirements—no user story writing or training required
- Support integrations using platform tools and middleware (MuleSoft experience is a plus)
- Provide post-implementation support and recommendations
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices
- Document solutions clearly for future maintenance
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficient in LWC, declarative automation, and configuration
- Experience with Apex (though heavy customization is rare in this environment)
- Ability to adjust communication style to different audiences
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Required: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
- Preferred: Platform Developer II or additional credentials
- Mulesoft experience, preferred
Success Measures:
- High-quality deliverables with minimal rework
- Positive project outcomes and client feedback
- Effective collaboration within the team and across functions
- Professional, clear communication
Additional information:
My client is an established Salesforce SI Partner experiencing organic growth, as they have for many years. Employees are respected and invested in. Work is fully remote.
Ready to bring your Salesforce development skills to a collaborative, client-focused environment? We’d love to hear from you.
