About The Role
The Rider Operations team leads the vision, strategy, and execution of rider-facing operations across EMEA, with the goal of making Uber the most dependable and delightful way to move through cities. As Central Operations Manager for Premium Products, you will help shape the next chapter of Uber's premium portfolio by improving business performance, revamping the quality and experience of premium offerings, and driving the go-to-market strategy for new and improved products.
This is a highly visible role with meaningful commercial and customer experience impact, offering the opportunity to work with Local Operations, Product, Marketing, Driver Operations, Marketplace, CommOps, Legal, Tax, and Global teams to bring a differentiated premium experience to life at scale.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Manage business performance for Premium Products across EMEA, including performance tracking, business reviews, insights generation, and recommendations to improve growth, revenue, and product health.
- Lead the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of incentives and commercial levers to improve premium product performance across priority markets.
- Focus on product quality, including vehicle and service quality standards, training, issue tracking, and differentiated support opportunities.
- Define and coordinate go-to-market plans for new and improved premium offerings, including market research, rider audience insights, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Driver Operations, Marketplace Operations, Local Operations, CommOps, Legal, Tax, and Global teams to scope, test, launch, and scale initiatives across EMEA.
What The Candidate Will Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data, rider insights, and business performance trends into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders, with strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, drive initiatives end-to-end, and manage execution across markets; strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and SQL required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in premium, consumer, mobility, marketplace, or customer experience-focused products.
- Experience working on go-to-market strategy, product launches, commercial initiatives, or product launches across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with performance management, incentives design, operational process improvement, or quality programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and business judgment, with a can-do" attitude and the ability to build new frameworks where no standard playbook exists.
