ITS Magazine is a rapidly growing digital platform delivering insights across fashion, art, entertainment, technology, business, finance, and culture. We are building a multi-industry media ecosystem designed to inform, influence, and connect audiences to what’s happening now.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly capable developer or computer engineer who is not just looking for a job—but an opportunity to build, scale, and eventually lead the technical direction of a growing media company.

This role starts as a Technical Coordinator but is designed to evolve into a leadership and potential CTO position, including long-term partnership opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, manage, and optimize ITS Magazine’s web platform
• Handle backend systems, integrations, and infrastructure
• Implement UI/UX from a technical perspective
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and automation systems
• Ensure scalability, performance, and clean code architecture
• Collaborate on digital product expansion across all company properties
• Help shape the long-term technical vision of the company

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in web development (frontend \+ backend preferred)
• Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations
• Understanding of UI/UX implementation
• Knowledge of hosting, deployment, and performance optimization
• Ability to think like a builder—not just a coder
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling platforms from early stages
• Familiarity with CMS systems or custom-built platforms
• Startup or founder experience
• Interest in media, content, or digital publishing

Compensation \& Growth

• Starting at $15/hour, part-time (max 20 hours/week)
• Paid biweekly
• Equity opportunity after 12 months, based on performance
