COO / Co-Founder (Aerospace MRO) Remote Role Possible. This is a Cofounder role with equity in the company and so please don't see it as a role with an immediate salary. You may have to wait until pre-seed funding arrives, which can take up to 6 months.

Mechanics are drowning in manuals, and the old guard is retiring. Mistakes happen, rework is expensive, and the current software, the big ERPs and digital logs just records the mess, it doesn't prevent it.

We’ve built an engine that actually understands the technical manuals. It doesn't just store the data; it checks the work against the requirements in real-time. If it’s not compliant, the tech knows immediately. We’re moving from fingers crossed to guaranteed compliance.

The tech is ready. We need someone who knows how to sell it.

What You’ll Do

The Sales Legwork

You’ve sold software to MROs before. You know how to handle the 12-month sales cycles and the "we’ve always done it this way" attitude. Keep your finger on the pulse of MRO operations globally and feed that knowledge into product development and marketing. You champion SemantiSys products to your customer base and work with the COO and CTO to guide product development and Go to market strategies.

Open the Doors

You already have the contacts at the big MROs and airlines. You can get us past the gatekeepers and in front of the people who actually have the budget.

Run the Business Side

While the tech team builds, you’ll be building the commercial side—contracts, operations, and scaling the company.

Keep it Practical

You’ll make sure the product stays useful and relevant for evolving needs of the shop floor.

Who You Are

Industry Veteran

10\+ years in the MRO/Aerospace software space.

Proven Track Record

You’ve closed real deals with airlines or maintenance providers.

You know how the MRO industry thinks, and works.

You have a strong network of industry leaders that you can reach out to.

Compliance Minded

You understand Part-145 and why "getting it right the first time" is the only metric that matters.

Founder Grit

You want to be a co-founder. That means equity and the responsibility of building something from scratch. You enjoy the ownership, responsibility and autonomy that comes with the role.
