Ingenio is hiring a Sales Development Representative on behalf of a well-established B2B technology business specialising in document management, workflow automation, and digital transformation.

What you'll be doing

:

You’ll be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, identifying target accounts, starting conversations, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.

This is a fully outbound role, where quality matters more than volume.

  • Prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
  • Booking 8 quality meetings per month
  • Pre-qualifying prospects
  • Managing your pipeline in HubSpot
  • Working closely with AEs to convert meetings into revenue
  • Collaborating with marketing on outbound campaigns
