APAC Talent Acquisition CoE Team

Talent Acquisition is a crucial activity to support the long term development of our business. Our team brings expertise and added value in Recruitment, using the reference from the market best practices and continuous improvement.
Missions and Responsibilities:
As an APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across the Asia Pacific region. The objective of the position is to partner with the Stakeholders for a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy.
- Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
- Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences across all levels of hiring.
- Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers’ understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions.
- Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.
- Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
- Possesses 7-10 years of HR working experience in managing full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, preferably experience from industrial gas, manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, engineering or similar industries.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural business environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
