**Job Summary**

The Hospital Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the hospital. They ensure high-quality patient care, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement hospital vision, mission, and long-term strategy
  • Establish organizational policies and goals
  • Lead executive and departmental management teams

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily hospital operations
  • Ensure coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments
  • Monitor service delivery and patient satisfaction

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage hospital budgets

2 Director of Nursing (Nursing Management)

**Job Summary**

The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees all nursing services within the hospital. They ensure high standards of patient care, manage nursing staff, and develop nursing policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

Clinical Leadership
