Akkodis is seeking a

BI Analyst/Engineer

for a

Contract

with a client in

Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate must have advanced SQL expertise, including complex query optimization and strong proficiency with CTEs and window functions, to be considered for this role.

Rate Range:

$37/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

BI Analyst/Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Support FLARE regulatory reporting by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant data delivery across all reporting cycles.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards and analytics reports to support business and regulatory needs.
• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries—including CTEs and window functions—to drive analytics, reporting, and performance improvements.
• Monitor and manage data quality controls, perform validations, and resolve data quality issues across BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and related environments.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational and regulatory risk.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to deliver actionable analytics and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5–7\+ years) in BI engineering, SQL development, and analytics.
• Must have advanced SQL expertise—including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization—and hands‑on experience with MicroStrategy, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
• Must demonstrate strong experience in regulatory reporting environments and data quality monitoring, with the ability to automate reporting processes and collaborate effectively in Agile teams.

Pay Details:

$37\.00 to $47\.00 per hour
