You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of 4–6 clients, helping executive teams align technology with business goals, reduce risk, modernize operations, and build long-term roadmaps.

You’ll be the person in the room leadership relies on when the stakes are high.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the strategic IT leader for multiple client organizations
• Build technology roadmaps tied to business growth and efficiency
• Advise executives on cybersecurity risk, governance, and compliance
• Guide AI readiness, governance, and adoption strategies
• Lead budgeting, planning, and technology investment discussions
• Translate technical complexity into clear business decisions
• Partner with internal technical teams to ensure execution alignment
• Present confidently to executives, owners, and boards

What They’re Looking For

• Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry experience
• 10\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Former IT Director, Head of IT, CIO, or similar leadership title
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead strategy without needing to be hands-on day-to-day
• Broad understanding of cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operationsd

Compensation

• $170K–$200K base salary
