Role Description

The Construction Supervisor will oversee on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the client’s satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising construction tasks, managing work schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves effective communication with teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain quality standards and resolve any issues as they arise. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hilliard, OH.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including task delegation and team leadership
• Expertise in Site Supervision and knowledge of construction processes
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to manage timelines, schedules, and resources efficiently
• Familiarity with swimming pool and outdoor living space construction is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous
