Partner Alliance Manager – Prometheus Group

Role Purpose
The Partner Alliances Manager will establish, lead, and scale the Partner function within Prometheus Group. You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from identifying and recruiting new partners through onboarding, enablement, adoption, value realization, renewal/expansion, and advocacy. This is a strategic leadership role that combines partner recruitment, enablement, and ongoing success management. You’ll support the partner’s success strategy, metrics, playbooks, and operating model, ensuring that partners deliver measurable customer value while driving Prometheus’s recurring revenue growth and ecosystem expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a Partner Success \& Growth strategy aligned with Prometheus’s customer success and revenue goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit new strategic partners (system integrators, resellers, and advisory firms) to expand Prometheus’s ecosystem coverage.
- Develop and manage partner onboarding and enablement programs, including training, certification, and go-to-market readiness.
- Build and lead a high-performing Partner Success team, recruiting, mentoring, setting KPIs, and scaling globally.
- Drive partner adoption and engagement across the portfolio to maximize customer outcomes and partner-led revenue.
- Partner with Sales / Alliances to define and track partner-influenced and partner-led revenue goals, renewal/expansion targets, and customer adoption metrics.
- Monitor partner health and performance, leveraging dashboards to track certification levels, pipeline influence, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) and support joint Customer Business Reviews with partners and Prometheus stakeholders.
- Develop recruitment frameworks and value propositions to attract new, high-potential partners in target markets and verticals.
- Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem — providing feedback to Product, Services, and Marketing teams to improve partner experience and joint value propositions.
- Build scalable processes, tools, and playbooks that support repeatable, measurable partner success outcomes.
- Champion partner-led customer success and advocacy to increase retention and expansion through the partner channel.
- Represent Prometheus at partner and industry events to strengthen relationships and attract new alliances.
Qualifications \& Experience
- 5\+ years’ experience in Partner Success, Partner Management, Channel Development, or Alliances leadership roles within enterprise or SaaS software.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, including recruiting and enabling new partners in multiple regions.
- Experience with partner lifecycle management (recruit → onboard → enable → adopt → renew → advocate).
- Strong ability to engage at executive (C-suite) level with both partner and customer leadership.
- Deep understanding of partner-led go-to-market models, channel incentives, and ecosystem growth levers.
- Background in enterprise or industrial software (EAM, ERP, manufacturing, utilities, asset management) highly desirable.
- Exceptional team-building and leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams.
- Analytical and commercially minded: able to translate partner performance data into strategic action.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel globally (\~30–40%).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience recruiting and enabling partners in SAP, Oracle, or IBM Maximo ecosystems.
- Experience developing partner-commerce models, joint solutions, and co-marketing frameworks.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, adoption) and partner health scoring..
