Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Channel Sales Manager to spearhead our channel partner relationships and expand our market presence. In this role, you will lead strategic management of key B2B sales channels, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective management, negotiation, and marketing strategies. Your leadership will empower our partners to succeed while ensuring exceptional customer service and technical sales support.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and business growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new market segments and potential partners through proactive business development efforts
- Provide ongoing training, support, and motivation to channel partners to enhance their sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost product visibility and partner engagement
- Utilize CRM and other tools to monitor sales performance, forecast trends, and optimize channel strategies
- Lead negotiations with partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales environments with a focus on channel management
- Demonstrated management experience leading teams or managing partner relationships effectively
- Strong background in marketing, technical sales, and business development within a competitive marketplace
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing data
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to account management
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that drive results
