2\. About the Opportunity:

The Salesforce Developer role involves designing, building, and optimizing solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. The position is responsible for developing custom business logic, creating and maintaining Lightning Web Components, and collaborating with teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features. This role significantly impacts sales processes by improving user experience and business performance.

3\. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet business needs

• Write and maintain efficient, reusable Apex code

• Build and customize Lightning Web Components for improved user experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications

• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements

4\. Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools

• Strong skills in building, customizing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and external system integrations

• Experience optimizing UI performance and customizing user experiences in Salesforce

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, governance, and design patterns

• US Citizenship

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range for this role in specified states and cities is $78,600 to $160,200 USD
