Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on

Shopify SME

with strong experience in Shopify platform administration and production support. The role will support approximately

two Shopify environments

, ensuring smooth operations, integrations, access management, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, administer, and maintain Shopify environments.
• Manage

Shopify apps, users, roles, permissions, and access

.

• Monitor and troubleshoot

APIs and third-party integrations

.

• Perform routine

environment and data maintenance

.

• Provide ongoing operational and production support.
• Troubleshoot platform, app, API, and integration issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain technical/support documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

Shopify / Shopify Plus

.

• Shopify environment administration and support.
• Shopify app and access management.
• Experience with

REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations

.

• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Good understanding of environment and data maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
