Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual patient assessments utilizing telehealth platforms to gather medical histories, labs, and current health concerns.
• Diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across various age groups.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and follow-up care coordination.
• Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and compliance to HIPAA regulations.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication administration, and health coaching tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all clinical encounters using for compliance purposes.

Skills

• Valid multi-state Nurse Practitioner license.
• Have experience in HRT, weight loss, peptide therapy, thyroid management, sexual wellness, women's health, men's health, hair loss or related services.
• Prefer telehealth experience with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation across diverse medical disciplines.
• Ability to manage acute pain cases effectively within a telehealth setting while demonstrating excellent communication skills and case management.
