The Role:

Define and prioritise product enhancements for an AI Clinical Coding platform, manage backlogs, write user stories and work within Agile teams. Gather customer feedback, support demonstrations, contribute to tenders and help shape the future of AI-driven clinical coding solutions.

The Person:

Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) with strong knowledge of ICD-10, OPCS-4, HRGs and NHS Clinical Coding Standards. Experience in coding management, auditing, training, CDI or healthcare informatics is beneficial.

Product or project experience is welcomed but not essential.

Package:

£70,000-£80,000 \+ Car or allowance \+ 12% Pension \+ Healthcare \+ Excellent Benefits.

Travel:

Hybrid role with regular UK travel as required for customer and business meetings
