The Yellow Dwelling is a design-led and all-natural home furnishings brand specialising in curtains, blinds, cushions, dining and decor. We offer an end to end experience, taking the customer from a home visit and measurement all the way through to installation. We operate 9 stores across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi NCR, with Bangalore as our primary market, having presence online and offline.

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive and execute areas like Performance Marketing, Creative Direction for campaigns, Organic Social Media, Retention and Influencer Marketing. You will work closely with the founders, to set the overall marketing direction and ensure they get executed well, on time, and at quality, across our agencies and in house resources. This is a hands on role for someone who follows things through to the finish, brings ideas to the table, and wants to grow into a larger marketing leadership role over time. You will report directly to the Co-Founder.

What You Will Do

·       Drive Performance Marketing results - You will work closely with the Meta and Google agencies to ensure the marketing strategy is executed well, track performance, push for better creatives and targeting, and flag issues early. The same applies to our SEO agency. You keep things moving and hold the agencies accountable to outcomes.

·       Run campaigns end to end - Take the campaigns identified - sales, product launches, festive moments, store activations - and co-ordinate with all the team and own their execution from brief to delivery.

·       Give creative direction - Translate the ad/campaign strategy into clear, relatable briefs for graphics and video. Direct in house and outsourced creative resources so the right creatives get made, on time and at quality.

·       Oversee organic social - Oversee our organic social media, managed through an in house resource, keeping a consistent and strong presence across platforms.

·       Retention marketing - Own and grow our retention marketing on WhatsApp and CRM tools. Build and run customer journeys and repeat engagement campaigns. A willingness to learn this area quickly is essential.

·       Influencer Marketing - Identify relevant influencers, from micro to macro, that fit the brand. Manage outreach and coordination end to end, and make sure the agreed number of influencer collaborations is executed every month. You own that the content actually gets delivered, on time and on brand.

·       Bring ideas - We want someone who actively brings campaign and content ideas to the table. You will be encouraged to propose, test and execute new ideas that grow our reach, leads and sales.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who takes full ownership of their work and sees things through to execution

• Good analytical skills, who can analyze critical marketing metrics and arrive at decisions based on that

• A strong multitasker who can manage several priorities at once and knows what matters most.

• A genuine appetite to learn new areas and grow into a bigger role.

• Hands on experience with digital marketing, including working with or alongside Meta and Google ad campaigns and WhatsApp retention tools

• The ability to brief and coordinate creative resources, designers and video editors.

• Comfort working closely with founders and turning direction into well executed output.

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in D2C, retail or a consumer brand.

Remuneration

Salary:

₹7 to 10 lakh per annum, based on experience and fit, plus variable pay linked to marketing performance and campaign delivery
