Lead Auditor / Team Lead

to join our Audit team and lead end-to-end audit engagements across diverse clients and industries.

🎯 Role Overview

The Lead Auditor / Team Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering audit assignments in compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards. The role involves leading audit teams, reviewing work, and ensuring high-quality and timely audit delivery.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise and review work of audit associates and seniors
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required audit information
• Identify audit risks and provide recommendations
• Ensure timely completion and high-quality audit reports
• Support team development and on-the-job training

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of audit experience (preferably in professional services)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards (ISA)
• Experience in leading audit teams is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
