Organic Chemist; Synthetic Chemist

We are seeking highly motivated

synthetic chemists (MS or Ph.D.)

to join our

synthetic chemistry team

. Candidates with hands-on experience in

custom synthesis and/or process scale-up

are strongly preferred. Experience in complex molecule synthesis is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and safely execute

synthetic routes and experiments

to deliver target molecules and intermediates

• Conduct

custom synthesis and route development

, including optimization and scale-up when required

• Apply

retrosynthetic analysis

to propose efficient and practical synthetic strategies

• Analyze and interpret data

(e.g., NMR, LC-MS, HPLC) and recommend next steps

• Maintain

accurate and detailed experimental records

in laboratory notebooks or ELN systems

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to support

project and client objectives

Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in

Organic Chemistry

or a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience in

synthetic organic chemistry

, with a preference for

custom synthesis and/or scale-up

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both

independently and collaboratively

in a fast-paced environment
