Senior Project Manager / Project Executive – Data Center

We are partnered with a leading developer/builder platform delivering large-scale, multi-phase data center campuses for hyperscale end users. With a strong pipeline driven by AI and cloud demand, the business is expanding its project leadership team.

This role is suited to a Senior Project Manager ready to step into a Project Executive-level position, or an experienced Project Executive seeking ownership of a major campus build.

The Opportunity

You will take on a senior leadership role delivering a large-scale, multi-phase data center campus currently in active construction, with full lifecycle exposure across current and future phases.

Project Overview

• 150MW data center campus in construction
• Large-scale brownfield redevelopment
• Private substation and major power infrastructure
• Phase 2 (additional 150MW ground-up) already planned
• Long-term, multi-phase program with future pipeline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery (cradle to grave)
• Own budget, schedule, and risk across multiple phases
• Manage MEP, civil, structural, and commissioning teams
• Drive contractor performance and site execution
• Collaborate across development, design, and operations
• Support team build-out for future phases and sites

Requirements

• Data center / mission-critical project experience
• Strong MEP and power infrastructure knowledge
• Proven cradle-to-grave delivery on complex builds
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to operate at a senior leadership level

Compensation \& Benefits

• Base salary: Flexible depending on experience
• Bonus: 20%
• Project completion bonus: up to 50%
• Per diem: $5,500/month (non-taxable)
