Supply Chain Manager – Retail (Australia)
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded
Supply Chain Manager
to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia.
Reporting to the
Regional Supply Chain Head (Malaysia)
with a dotted line to the
Country Manager (Australia)
, this role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and strong service delivery across our growing retail network.
You will take ownership of stock flow from warehouse to store, working closely with our
3PL partner
and cross-functional teams to drive performance, reduce costs, and enhance availability across multiple iconic brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain \& Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end inventory flow from warehouse to store
- Drive stock availability while optimising working capital and reducing excess inventory
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as OTD, fill rate, and order cycle time
3PL \& Logistics Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with 3PL providers
- Ensure SLA compliance across inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations
- Resolve operational issues and drive continuous service improvements
Inventory Analysis \& Forecasting
- Partner with Merchandise and Planning teams on demand forecasting and replenishment
- Analyse stock performance (sell-through, ageing, weeks of cover) and recommend actions
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimise inventory levels
Operational Excellence
- Lead stocktake planning and execution across all stores
- Implement and improve inventory control processes and internal controls
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Brand, Retail Operations, and HQ teams to align on priorities
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport partners
- Act as the key supply chain point of contact within Australia
Performance \& Reporting
- Deliver regular reporting on stock health, variances, and supply chain KPIs
- Drive improvements in cost efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
ABOUT YOU
You are a results-driven supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.
- 5\+ years’ experience in
supply chain / inventory management within retail
- Strong understanding of
high-SKU, multi-site retail operations
- Proven experience managing
3PL providers and logistics operations
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously while influencing cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
