What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate activities across payer, Epic, and provider teams
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while tracking dependencies and mitigating risks
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure transparency
• Drive accountability for sprint commitments and escalate issues for cross-organization resolutions
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Experience in Epic or healthcare payer environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
• Proven experience managing multi-organization initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with FHIR, APIs, and EDI
• Familiarity with payer-provider contracting workflows
• Experience in CMS-regulated environments
