Head of Product Management

DeepRec.ai is partnered with a leading AI-driven decisioning platform that’s transforming how financial institutions approach credit risk and fraud. Their technology is already delivering measurable impact - improving approvals while reducing losses, and they’re now building out their next-generation fraud product suite.

They’re hiring a Head of Product (Fraud Solutions) to own and scale this critical pillar of the business.

The Opportunity

This is a true 0→1 \+ scale role - combining product strategy, commercial ownership, and deep domain expertise in fraud. You’ll define the vision, build the roadmap, and take the product to market, working directly with leadership and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end product strategy \& roadmap for fraud solutions
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and optimisation
• Drive commercialisation - positioning, pricing, and go-to-market
• Partner with GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and clients on implementations \& integrations
• Stay ahead of fraud trends, regulation, and market shifts

What They’re Looking For

• 10\+ years in product management within fintech, banking, or fraud
• Strong understanding of fraud across onboarding, underwriting \& transactions
• Proven experience building and scaling 0→1 products
• Track record of owning commercial outcomes (pricing, GTM, revenue)
• Ability to operate at the intersection of product, data, and business
