About the role
Xplor is seeking a talented Creative Specialist to create high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement across our business. This role will contribute to a wide range of creative projects across digital, print, web, video, and presentation design, helping bring Xplor’s brand and market-facing stories to life in a clear, compelling, and consistent way.
The Creative Specialist will support multiple business verticals and product brands across industries including golf and club, fitness and wellbeing, parks and recreation, education, home and personal services, and payments. This is an ideal role for a versatile creative professional who can balance creativity with strong execution, manage multiple priorities, and produce polished work in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Design and produce high-quality, brand-compliant creative assets across a variety of channels and formats
- Create marketing materials including digital ads, eBooks, sales collateral, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, blog visuals, email and campaign assets, print ads, and customer-facing materials
- Design and update WordPress websites and landing pages with a focus on responsive, user-friendly, visually engaging experiences
- Support video editing and light motion graphics production using source footage from internal and external stakeholders
- Develop branded templates and repeatable design systems for presentations, documents, campaigns, and other recurring needs
- Translate briefs, business goals, and stakeholder input into effective visual concepts that communicate clearly and strengthen audience engagement
- Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specifications and production requirements for digital and print formats
- Review, proof, and refine creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Select imagery, graphics, layouts, and visual treatments that best support the intended message and audience
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently while maintaining strong design standards
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the Xplor brand across business verticals, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
- Use AI-enabled creative tools responsibly to improve efficiency, accelerate ideation, and support production workflows, while applying strong human judgment, originality, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
- 3\+ years of professional experience in creative design, graphic design, or visual content development, preferably in an agency, in-house corporate, or multi-brand environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, presentation, web, and preferably video formats
- Experience creating polished, effective creative for a variety of audiences, channels, and business needs
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, color, and visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Self-starter with good judgment, strong organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work within established brand systems while also contributing fresh ideas and thoughtful creative solutions.
Preferred Skills and Tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects or basic motion graphics is a plus
- WordPress experience
- PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs
- Familiarity with AI-supported creative tools and workflows for concepting, production support, image refinement, copy visualization, or asset generation
- Understanding of best practices for using AI in a commercially responsible way, including prompt quality, editing oversight, copyright awareness, and brand consistency.
