Job Description
About the Role
We are building the next generation of robotics for golf courses and sports facilities. Our autonomous robots are already deployed globally, helping clubs improve consistency, reduce labor dependency, and deliver better playing conditions. We are looking for someone from the golf industry — ideally with a Golf Course Superintendent or turf management background — who understands the realities of course maintenance and wants to bring new technology into the industry. This is not a typical sales role. This is about helping shape how golf courses operate in the next 10 years.
What You Will Do
1\. Work directly with golf courses
- Engage with Superintendents, Directors of Golf, and Club Managers
- Understand their operational challenges and maintenance workflows
- Introduce robotic solutions in a practical, field-driven way
2\. Lead on-site demos and trials
- Run product demonstrations on real courses
- Support trial deployments and evaluate results
- Convert trials into long-term customers
3\. Drive adoption through real value
- Help customers understand:
- Labor savings
- Consistency improvements
- Operational efficiency
- Communicate ROI in a way that resonates with golf course operators
4\. Build relationships in the golf community
- Develop strong connections across:
- Golf course superintendents
- Turf professionals
- Contractors and operators
- Represent the company at industry events (GCSAA, regional associations)
5\. Build reference sites
- Develop flagship courses in your region
- Turn successful deployments into case studies and peer references
Who We’re Looking For
Strongly preferred:
- Background as a:
- Golf Course Superintendent
- Assistant Superintendent
- Turf Manager / Grounds Manager
Also valuable:
- Experience working with:
- Turf equipment
- Irrigation systems
- Course maintenance operations
You are likely someone who:
- Understands the day-to-day realities of running a golf course
- Has strong relationships within the golf industry
- Is curious about technology and open to innovation
- Wants to move beyond traditional turf roles into a more commercial/strategic role
What Makes You Successful in This Role
- You can speak the language of superintendents — because you’ve been one
- You are comfortable being in the field, not behind a desk
- You can explain why a course should change how it operates
- You can move a conversation from “interesting” to “let’s try it”
What You Will Be Measured On
- Number of demos and trials conducted
- Trial-to-customer conversion rate
- Number of reference golf courses built
- Regional revenue growth
Why Join Us
- Be part of a fast-growing robotics company transforming the golf industry
- Work at the intersection of turf expertise and cutting-edge technology
- High ownership and ability to shape your region
- Competitive compensation \+ performance-based incentives
Location
- United States (regional flexibility, frequent travel required)
Pay: $84,000\.00 - $140,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
