Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage human capital development strategies and learning roadmaps for various employee levels to align with corporate goals.
- Design and oversee comprehensive learning solutions, encompassing curriculum design, instructional processes, and diverse learning media.
- Lead training operations, manage internal and external guest speakers, and spearhead specialized development projects (including ESG initiatives).
- Track, evaluate, and report operational outcomes to senior executive leadership, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Project Management, or Learning \& Development.
- Strong expertise in project management, strategic thinking, and instructional design for workforce development.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of driving team performance and collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) and highly skilled in standard office productivity software.
