Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, contracted basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will support the Partner Success team by creating engaging and visually appealing content across various channels and brands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment. This role will require approximately 15–25 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing visually compelling recap decks for partners, ensuring brand consistency and clear communication.
- Help develop mockups and concept visuals that translate partner ideas into polished, on-brand designs.
- Contribute to the production of digital graphics such as splash images, templates, title graphics, and social media frames.
- Support the refresh and update of design templates, adding creative variations and ensuring visual consistency.
- Assist in creating and maintaining best practice materials including case studies, event presentations, and promotional examples.
- Help organize and maintain a centralized archive of graphics and promotional assets for easy team access.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a design role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Apple’s Keynote presentation software preferred
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
- A portfolio that shows creativity and design fundamentals.
- Ability to work fast and move through projects quickly.
- Availability to work approximately 15-25 hours per week.
