The Office Services Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace by delivering comprehensive support across front desk services, hospitality, mail handling, and reprographics. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will be responsible for creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming office experience while supporting a wide range of operational needs.

Pay rate 26/hr

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk \& Customer Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional support

Office \& Operational Support

  • Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient and organized workplace
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks

Mailroom \& Logistics

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of mail
  • Maintain organization and tracking of deliveries

Hospitality \& Reprographics

  • Provide support for meetings and events, including setup and coordination
  • Assist with printing, copying, and document production services
  • Ensure common spaces and meeting areas are clean and organized

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate office services, facilities, or workplace support
