Our client, a leader in the food-grade essence industry, is looking for a focused

Lab Technician I

to join their team in a specialized clean room environment. In this role, you will be the final line of quality control, ensuring products are properly handled, accurately labeled, and ready for distribution. This position requires strict adherence to hygiene protocols and a high level of precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Final Product Processing:

Oversee the final stage of the essence production cycle within a controlled clean room environment.

• Precision Labeling:

Apply accurate technical labels to finished products, ensuring all batch numbers, expiration dates, and ingredient disclosures meet regulatory standards.

• Clean Room Compliance:

Maintain strict clean room protocols, including proper gowning (hairnets, gloves, lab coats) and sanitization of workstations to prevent cross-contamination.

• Visual Inspection:

Conduct final sensory and visual checks on bottled essences for clarity, color consistency, and seal integrity.

• Inventory Documentation:

Record final product yields and update digital inventory logs to reflect completed batches.

Qualifications

• Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience:

Previous experience in a clean room, pharmaceutical, or food-grade packaging environment is highly preferred.

• Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional eye for detail-must be able to spot small labeling errors or product inconsistencies.

• Hygiene Focused:

Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the importance of a sterile workspace.

• Reliability:

Proven track record of punctuality for the 7:00 AM shift.
