Strategic Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations and strategic projects within the department.
  • Implement and track departmental strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Oversee team development and performance management.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources.

Functional Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Maintain the Corporate Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve SPIMACO corporate QMS to ensure compliance with SPIMACO and authority standards.
  • Support GRC in defining companywide quality policies, procedures, and audit frameworks applicable across all manufacturing sites and subsidiaries.
  • Standardize documentation SPIMACO quality standards and authority across the group to ensure consistency.
  • Review audit outcomes to ensure effective governance.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards across the group.
  • Ensure standardized quality assurance practices are applied consistently across all subsidiaries.
  • Provide independent oversight of compliance risks and escalate critical issues to executive leadership.
  • Provide Strategic Quality Input and advise on quality implications of mergers, acquisitions, and technology transfers.
  • Monitor Compliance and Performance
  • Track quality KPIs and compliance performance across subsidiaries.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on quality status, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Benchmark group performance against industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality awareness, and proactive risk management across all quality functions
  • Drive and maintain awareness of compliance requirements and proactive risk management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all quality functions within the group.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred:

Master’s degree

Professional certifications in quality or related fields

Experience :

Required: Minimum 13 years of experience.

Preferred: 5 years in a mid‑management role.

Languages :

Required: English (Proficient)

Preferred: Arabic (Proficient)
