Analyst: People Technology

Our client is a leading global private equity and investment advisory firm. They are seeking an Analyst withing the People Technology team, to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR systems queries, troubleshooting issues and supporting users globally.
• Maintain system workflows, integrations, data accuracy, payroll validations, and operational documentation.
• Manage routine HRIS administration, including user access, onboarding processes, and template updates.
• Support system enhancements and continuous process improvements.
• Assist with annual HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee surveys.
• Contribute to the implementation, and optimisation of Workday, including requirements gathering and user testing.

Requirements

• Experience in HR systems, HR operations, or systems support.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, with Workday highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Experience within financial services, asset management, or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
