🚀 Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) \| Remote \| High-Growth Web3 Infrastructure Startup

I'm currently partnered with one of the most exciting early-stage companies in the digital assets and blockchain infrastructure space as they make a key marketing hire.

They're looking for a

Marketing Manager

to build and own demand generation from the ground up, working directly with senior leadership to create a scalable pipeline and drive growth across multiple channels.

This is a genuine opportunity to join early, have a huge amount of ownership, and make a measurable impact on a business that's solving complex infrastructure challenges for enterprise customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning demand generation strategy and execution end-to-end

• Running paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

• Building and scaling lead generation programs

• Managing social media, community engagement and brand awareness

• Planning and executing webinars, conferences and industry events

• Delivering partner marketing and co-marketing campaigns

• Measuring campaign performance, attribution and ROI

• Working closely with Product Marketing, Content and Sales to generate pipeline

What they're looking for:

✔️ 4\+ years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing

✔️ Experience owning marketing campaigns from strategy through execution

✔️ Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance

✔️ Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, events and digital marketing

✔️ Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

✔️ Experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity or Web3 would all be highly relevant

✔️ Someone who embraces AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution
