Global Fraud Solutions Team

Join a high-performing, globally distributed team focused on helping financial institutions combat fraud through cutting-edge solutions and strategic sales execution. Our team is driving growth across ANZ, ASEAN, MEA, and Europe, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and commercial impact.

Country Director, Thailand - Global Fraud Solutions

We are seeking a commercially strong, strategically minded Country Director to lead our Global Fraud Solutions presence in Thailand. This role is an individual contributor position with full responsibility for managing and expanding our existing Thai business, strengthening senior customer relationships, and driving measurable value from our fraud and digital trust solutions. You will serve as the senior GFS representative in the Thai market—deeply engaged with customers, shaping value, advising on best practices, and uncovering new growth avenues. You will also play a critical role in supporting strategic new business pursuits and contributing to our broader APAC go-to-market execution.

What You Will Do

Lead and Grow the Thailand Market

  • Own all commercial activity, customer engagement, and value delivery for the Thai portfolio
  • Drive retention, expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships across major Thai financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprises
  • Act as the senior point of escalation for customers and internal teams on Thai market priorities

Drive Customer Value \& Strategic Account Management

  • Deeply understand customer strategies, operational challenges, and fraud/risk priorities
  • Identify optimisation opportunities, adoption gaps, and new value-driving use cases
  • Lead value discovery sessions, deliver business impact assessments, and co-create multi-year value roadmaps
  • Support renewal cycles and expansion opportunities with clear analytical justification

Articulate Technical, Commercial \& Strategic Value

  • Translate solution capabilities into compelling business outcomes tailored to the Thai market context
  • Build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders - from analysts to C-level
  • Deliver high-impact demos, value narratives, and ROI models aligned to customer objectives

Support Strategic New Business Across Thailand

  • Work closely with regional sales teams on key pursuits where market context or value articulation is critical
  • Lead discovery, requirements mapping, and solution framing for high-potential new prospects
  • Contribute to deal strategy, proposal development, and executive workshops

Strengthen Thailand GTM Execution \& Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide Thai market insights to influence product roadmap, GTM priorities, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Partner with Marketing and BD teams on targeted outreach, ICP refinement, and localised messaging
  • Help drive pipeline velocity through solution-led storytelling and structured value engagement

Skills We're Looking For

Commercial \& Strategic Capability

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, value engineering, solution consulting, or similar strategic commercial roles
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, build business cases, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing a market or major account portfolio independently

Technical \& Analytical Strength

  • Ability to understand customer architectures, data workflows, and risk/fraud processes
  • Confidence engaging technical teams and simplifying complex concepts
  • Background in SaaS, fraud, risk, compliance, data analytics, or digital identity is a strong advantage

Leadership \& Relationship Excellence

  • Executive presence with the credibility to engage C-suite stakeholders in Thailand
  • Strong communicator who can shape narratives, lead discussions, and build trusted long-term partnerships
  • Ability to represent GFS in Thailand as the senior leader on the ground

Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the Thai financial services ecosystem - banks, fintechs, payments, regulatory dynamics
  • Awareness of fraud, risk, and digital trust challenges unique to the Thai market
