In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and city stakeholders to help deliver high-quality public spaces that serve residents across the District. You’ll assist with project planning, schedule and budget tracking, RFIs/submittals, field coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day‑to‑day project coordination and documentation
• Assist with site visits, progress reports, and quality control
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues
• Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
• Contribute to delivering safe, sustainable, community‑focused facilities

What You Need

• 2\+ year of experience in commercial construction (GC or subcontractor)
• A degree in construction or engineering is great—but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and local to the DC/Northern VA area (no visa support available)
