Base Salary: $167,000-$190,000 \+ Uncapped Quarterly Incentives*

• The posted range reflects base salary only. In addition to base salary, this role offers uncapped performance-based incentives. Individual salary offers are determined based on relevant PMHNP licensure, clinical experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions
• Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platforms

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP-BC certification
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
• Active DEA registration
