Summary:

We are seeking to hire Business Analysts to support ongoing operational, technical, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Each position is aligned to one of the core business analyst specialization areas identified in the role requirements, allowing candidates to contribute within domains that match their experience and subject matter expertise.

development. Candidates who bring depth in one ofthe identified specialization areas will be well positioned to support high impact work within their assigned focus area.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, define problem statements, and translate requirements into clear business and functional specifications.
• Conduct analysis of processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and enhanced operational outcomes.
• Document workflows, current state and future state process maps, and system interactions in alignment with organizational standards.
• Support project planning, backlogrefinement, prioritization, and readiness activities throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, requirements workshops, discovery sessions,and cross-functional discussions that support informeddecision making.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and implementation objectives.
• Support testing activities throughtest case development, validation of requirements, and coordination of user acceptance testing.
• Develop and deliver clear documentation includingrequirement narratives, user guides, process documentation, and training materials as needed.
• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure sustainability, adoption, and expected business value.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and promote analyticand process-oriented thinking across the organization.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience performing businessanalysis, requirements elicitation, and process evaluation in operational or technical environments.
• Ability to translate complexconcepts into structured documentation that is clear, concise, and actionable for both business and technical audiences.
• Strong competency in critical thinking, data-driven decision making, and structured problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, collaborate across diversegroups, and build productive working relationships.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, process mapping, workflow modeling, and requirement documentation standards.
• Experience contributing within structured project delivery, includingAgile, iterative, or waterfall environments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, planning,and follow-through.
• Commitment to continuous learningand professional development; interest in BA best practices, certifications, and ongoing skill growth.
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities with professionalism, adaptability, and accountability.
