Job Description

An Architect plays a crucial role in crafting user-centred experiences by designing information architecture, conducting research, and UX processes, ultimately shaping successful products.

Processes \& Methodologies:

• Creates the

information architecture

for complex digital products or websites, defining the overall user flow, navigation structure, and ensuring information is organized in a logical and user-friendly way.

• Helps and contributes to UX phases, establishing

design system

and component libraries.

• Plan and conduct

Usability Testing

.

• Define/Implement and support

user research activities

(surveys, interviews etc.).

• Identify UX/design issues through

usability reviews

.

• Recommend

data-driven solutions

based on user research.

• Promote

and

advocate

for user-centred practices.

• Partner closely with cross-functional partners to build strategic and impactful experience roadmaps.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and

define information hierarchies

• Conduct research to

identify user needs

.

• Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking.

Communication \& Collaboration:

• Collaborate

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide creative and thoughtful solutions and drive the team to do so.

• Communicate

the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, user journey maps and/or prototypes.

• Represent the UX team to discuss UX solutions backed by the research data.

Design \& Prototyping:

• Create block flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, mock-ups, storyboards, and presentations to communicate ideas across the team.
• Design user experiences from concept to completion, ensuring information architecture for complex projects when needed.

Mentorship:

• Plan the growth path of team members by providing timely feedback and reviews to guide and mentor them.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Updated with the latest trends and user behaviour.
• Participate in pre-sales activity.
• Participate in POC tasks.
• Recruitment activities.
• Manage/Create project/proposal specific case studies.
