Position
MAM is seeking a strategic and highly creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will own all MAM social channels, managing day-to-day operations, content production, and the social calendar. This is a high-visibility position, working closely with the VP of Marketing to deliver branded content that grows MAM's audience and builds loyalty and brand love within our core community.
The ideal candidate is chronically online, thrives in collaboration with creative and marketing partners, has strong brand intuition, and views metrics as an accelerant to learning, growth, and business results.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and sits within the Marketing team. MAM's North American headquarters is located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities
· Develop a platform-specific framework that serves as the foundation for content and engagement plans.
· Build overarching annual content calendars for each platform, incorporating key dates, tactics, and storytelling pillars that align with strategic goals.
· Create and maintain the Social Content Calendar, aligning with marketing campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments to drive relevance, emotional connection, product education, follower growth, and engagement.
· Produce and deploy content across all MAM social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms), including shooting and editing video.
· Schedule and produce weekly episodic content and live streams as needed; manage community samples and send-outs.
· Build relationships with KOLs to create education-driven content and expand MAM's reach.
· Partner with cross-functional teams on seasonal product knowledge content.
· Collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on content development, product launches, collabs, and more.
· Manage community engagement, including DMs and comments.
· Attend brand events and photoshoots to capture content opportunities.
· Run periodic sweepstakes, giveaways, and content partnerships, sourcing brand-right collaborators to grow audience size and engagement.
New Channel Development
· Identify and prioritize time and budget investments to expand MAM's audience and reach new brand fans on emerging platforms.
Analytics
· Track and analyze organic social performance through weekly dashboards and quarterly reports in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
· Use individual post performance to inform creative thinking and uncover new content opportunities.
· Leverage AI tools to optimize dashboards, reporting, and insights.

· 5\+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Work Environment
· This role requires 3 days per week in-office at our Manhattan headquarters.
· Work is performed in an office environment with frequent collaboration.
· Regular attendance at photoshoots, events, and offsite activations is required.
· Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on events, campaigns, or content needs.

Compensation
Annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000\. *Compensation may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. MAM reserves the right to offer a salary outside of this range based on these considerations.
