Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative software solutions that address real business challenges for clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and create user-focused documentation.
• Test software thoroughly, make recommendations for improvement, and ensure user documentation aligns with product functionality.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to process efficiencies and improvements in content development standards.

Requirements:

• A technical B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience along with more than five years of technical content writing experience.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts along with substantial experience in Progress OpenEdge development and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of various web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Kendo UI.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps, as well as a firm understanding of software testing and debugging methodologies.
