This is a high-impact product leadership role at the core of an AI-driven fintech platform, responsible for defining and scaling the foundational systems that power document intelligence, APIs, and AI model orchestration. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and machine learning, shaping the infrastructure that enables multiple business units to build and scale efficiently. You will drive platform strategy, ensuring long-term scalability while balancing near-term delivery needs across diverse stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core platform layer, including document intelligence infrastructure, APIs, and AI/ML model orchestration systems.
• Define scalable platform abstractions and capabilities that serve multiple business units without relying on fragmented or one-off solutions.
• Prioritize competing platform needs across stakeholders while balancing short-term delivery and long-term architectural scalability.
• Lead strategy for AI and ML-powered systems, including human-in-the-loop learning, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning and automation teams to improve document extraction, classification, and data accuracy pipelines.
• Drive adoption of agentic AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to automate workflows and enhance product intelligence.
• Own the external and internal API platform, including developer experience, documentation, reliability, latency, and integration standards.
• Act as a central connector between multiple product teams, aligning platform capabilities with vertical business needs.
• Partner with engineering leadership on system architecture decisions, capacity planning, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
• Define platform KPIs, SLAs, and quality frameworks to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform product managers, fostering execution excellence and strong product thinking.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate ideas and accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• 8-14 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical background (computer science, engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience).
• Ability to understand system architecture, API design, and machine learning concepts at a deep level.
• Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven products or platforms in production environments.
• Strong fluency in modern AI/ML trends, including LLMs, foundation models, and agentic architectures.
• Hands-on builder mentality, with experience prototyping, coding, or rapidly validating product ideas.
• Experience in fast-growing companies where building scalable systems and platforms was a core responsibility.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring product managers is strongly preferred.
• Background in fintech, lending, document processing, or data infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical tradeoffs and product strategy.
