Duties

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve visibility on search engines like Google and Bing.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Manage and enhance content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure SEO compliance and ease of content updates.
• Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority through outreach and quality backlink acquisition.
• Analyze web analytics data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign success, and refine strategies for better results.
• Collaborate with social media management teams to amplify content reach through social platforms and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Support conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data and refining landing pages for higher engagement and lead generation.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of search engines’ ranking factors including metadata, keywords, backlinks, and site architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems such as WordPress.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of web analytics platforms for tracking user behavior and campaign performance.
• Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques to enhance website effectiveness in achieving business goals.
• Ability to perform technical audits and implement fixes for site speed improvements and mobile responsiveness.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams including content creators, developers, and marketing specialists.

Pay: $65,487\.96 - $78,867\.22 per year
