We’re looking for an experienced Growth \& Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital performance engine and help scale the business through data‑driven, measurable marketin
g.
You’ll play a hands‑on role developing growth campaigns across multiple channels, owning the reporting and analytics layer that connects marketing activity to sales outcomes. You’ll shape how we use data, marketing automation, and lifecycle programmes to improve pipeline quality, conversion rate, and customer retenti
on.

Manage HubSpot as the marketing automation and CRM

Build nurture and retargeting campaigns that support customer and partner

About YouEssen**
- tial Experience
5\+ years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing roles (preferably within B2B
- or technology).Proven track record of owning marketing performance, reporting, and measurable
- revenue impact.Hands‑on experience managing HubSpot (automation, CRM, report
- ing, workflows).Comfortable using analytics to drive marketing decisions and
- demonstrate ROI.Strong collaboration skills working with Sales and cross‑functional
business
- units.
DesirableExperience in SaaS, fintech, or HR t
- ech environments.Background in community‑led growth or adv
- ocacy programmes.Familiarity with paid media platforms, optimisation tools, and A/B testi
