About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics professional to join a high-impact team focused on delivering data-driven insights that shape workforce strategy and organizational decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, consulting, and business partnership, requiring an individual who can transform complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Unlike traditional HR analytics roles, this position combines people-related insights with an investment-oriented analytical mindset, supporting business leaders in understanding workforce trends, talent investments, organizational effectiveness, and strategic resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce and organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decision making.
- Track and evaluate key people metrics, including attrition, hiring trends, talent acquisition effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee performance indicators.
- Conduct investment and workforce analytics to support resource allocation decisions, headcount planning, and organizational growth strategies.
- Identify sources of top-performing talent and provide recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Build executive-level presentations and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and analytical processes.
- Drive the development of scalable analytics products that provide ongoing visibility into workforce performance and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university with a strong academic record.
- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, management consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Experience translating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within leading consulting firms, Big Four organizations, or other highly analytical business environments.
- Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
- Experience using Python for analysis, automation, or modeling.
- Exposure to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent analytics, or human capital strategy.
- Experience supporting executive-level decision making through sophisticated analytics.
The salary for this position is between $225-250k base.
