What You Will Do
- Lead the engineering organization and establish priorities that support business objectives
- Develop and mentor engineering managers, engineers, and technical staff
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, systems, and workflows
- Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and customer requirements
- Partner with operations, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to support growth and profitability
- Evaluate technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes that improve product performance and efficiency
- Establish metrics and accountability to improve team performance and execution
- Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational development
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Progressive engineering leadership experience within transformer manufacturing
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of transformer design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
- Experience developing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational performance
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivering results while building a positive, accountable culture
