What You Will Do

• Lead the engineering organization and establish priorities that support business objectives
• Develop and mentor engineering managers, engineers, and technical staff
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, systems, and workflows
• Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and customer requirements
• Partner with operations, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to support growth and profitability
• Evaluate technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes that improve product performance and efficiency
• Establish metrics and accountability to improve team performance and execution
• Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational development

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Progressive engineering leadership experience within transformer manufacturing
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of transformer design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
• Experience developing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational performance
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of delivering results while building a positive, accountable culture
