Job Description

This is not a standard HRBP role.

I’m working with a fast-growing global technology company that has raised

over $140M in funding

, supports major enterprise customers globally, and has built a significant presence across both the US and Israel.

They’re now looking for an experienced

HR Business Partner

to become a key People partner to their US organisation.

You’ll support around

100 employees in the US

, with a strong focus on the company’s

Go-To-Market teams across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

.

The important part?

This is a role where you’ll genuinely have influence.

You’ll work directly with managers and senior leaders, coach them, challenge them, help shape decisions and play a major role in how the US organisation develops.

You’ll be involved across:

  • Manager coaching and leadership support
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Talent development and succession planning
  • Organisational development
  • Engagement and retention
  • Supporting complex people situations
  • Partnering with senior GTM leadership
  • End-to-end recruitment when required
  • Helping shape the overall US employee experience

They are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable being a

true business partner

.

Not someone who simply takes instructions from managers.

You need to be confident enough to push back, challenge thinking, give strong advice and become someone leadership genuinely trusts.

What they’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

  • 3\+ years of HRBP experience
  • Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud or a similar technology environment
  • Strong experience supporting Sales / GTM teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance matters
  • Recruitment experience alongside your HRBP work
  • Experience operating within an international or global business

Experience working within an

globally distributed technology company

would be particularly relevant.

Why this one is interesting

The business has:

  • Raised

$140M\+ in funding

  • Built a global workforce of roughly

400 employees

  • Established a significant US organisation
  • Won major enterprise customers
  • Continued to expand internationally
  • Built a product used by large organisations to manage and improve their employees’ digital working environments

For the person joining, this means you’re getting the scale and resources of an established global software company, while still having the visibility and autonomy you’d normally associate with a much smaller business.

You won’t disappear into a huge HR department.

You’ll be a key People voice for the US organisation.

Location:

Fort Lauderdale, Florida
