Specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements, we focus on providing premier staffing solutions in the information technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
• Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
• No prior recruiting experience is necessary.
• Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment.
• Desire to work in a competitive, high-energy office setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
