Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Spektra. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms to grow audience reach and engagement for Spektra and its partners. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on data. The role also involves collaborating with internal and partner teams, managing content calendars, engaging with online communities, and ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent across channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to design and refine campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling messages and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and align social content with broader growth goals.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with creator and startup ecosystems, digital distribution, or growth marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in digital media, marketing, or tech-focused environments, is an advantage.
